Our team includes Mike, Nancy, Ken and Ketty each bringing their own experience, professionalism, and healing touch to the Issaquah spa experience. Nancy also joins us with experience from our Redmond location.

Together, the team is committed to creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere where guests can truly unwind and feel cared for from the moment they arrive.

A New Chapter for Cloud 9

Founded by Sean Peng, Cloud 9 Foot Spa has built a reputation for creating family-friendly spa experiences centered around comfort, care, and consistency. Following the success of multiple locations nationwide, we are excited to continue growing throughout Washington with the opening of our Issaquah spa.

Leading the Issaquah location is franchise owner and manager Joey Liu, whose passion for hospitality and wellness helped bring this new spa to life. Joey and the Issaquah team are committed to creating an environment where every guest feels welcomed like family from the moment they walk through the doors.

At Cloud 9, we believe self-care should be accessible, affordable, and part of everyday life. Our mission has always been to create more than just a spa experience — we aim to build a community space where people can relax, reconnect, and leave feeling renewed.
