We do not accept insurance. Because HSA/FSA rules vary by provider, we recommend checking your plan details in advance. As we are not a medical provider, we cannot accept HSA or FSA cards directly. However, you may be able to seek reimbursement through your HSA/FSA.

How reimbursement typically works:

1. Check your HSA/FSA rules
   Log into your HSA account and search for “massage therapy” and “Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).”

2. Obtain an LMN from your healthcare provider
   The LMN must state the medical condition being treated and that massage is part of the treatment plan.

3. Pay for your service normally
   Request a receipt from us (printed or emailed).

4. Submit for reimbursement
   Upload your receipt and LMN to your HSA/FSA provider.

Important:
Reimbursement approval is determined by your HSA/FSA administrator and IRS guidelines, not the spa. We cannot guarantee reimbursement.

• Please bring cash to tip your therapist. Tipping on your card is not recommended.
• Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in. If you are late, we will need to shorten your time to stay on schedule.
• We have a strict 5-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged a 50% fee for appointments canceled or rescheduled within 5 hours. Please check below for additional details.
• Booking a foot massage? Please be informed that this is a communal massage. We recommend that you wear loose and comfortable clothing and be able to roll up your pants to your knees for a foot soak!

Absolutely! The foot massage is simply our signature service, so we chose to feature it in our name. We do offer full body massage such Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage.

The foot massage is done in a communal room, fully clothed. Please make sure to dress in loose, comfortable clothing. Do not wear tight pants. You will need to roll your pants up to your knees for a foot soak. You will be lying on the chair facing up for the majority of the session and towards the end, your therapist will signal you to turn over face down to receive roughly 10 minutes on your back.

The 1 hour foot massage is standardized and not customizable. It roughly includes 40 minutes on your feet and 15-20 minutes on the body. You may opt out of the back to spend more time on the feet if you’d prefer.

This service is done in a private room where you will disrobe to your comfort level. Keeping your underwear on is mandatory. At check in, you will be offered a body chart to indicate your areas to avoid, areas of concentration, and pressure preference.

Be clear about what you want worked on, and maintain communication and feedback with your therapist, and a good therapist would make sure you’re within the boundaries of comfort where reasonable.

If at any moment you feel not safe or not comfortable with your therapist, please stop the session and speak to our front desk team.

You decision should factor in:

• If you have a preference for a communal room or a private room.
• Where would you like the focus to be? Both of these services include some time on the feet and all areas of the body. Choose the foot massage for more time on the feet or choose the body massage for more time on a specific body part – shoulders, back, etc
• Most clients say foot massage is very relaxing, and great with circulation and immune system, and body massage is great to work out body aches, fatigue, and knots.

Swedish massage is the most common and widely used form of massage therapy. It involves long, flowing strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the topmost layers of muscles. The aim of Swedish massage is to promote relaxation, reduce tension, increase blood flow, and improve overall wellbeing. The pressure applied during the massage is usually light to medium, making it a great option for people who are new to massages, pregnant women, and those who prefer a gentler touch.

Deep tissue massage, on the other hand, uses deep pressure and slow, intense strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle tissue. This massage is ideal for people who have chronic muscle pain, soreness, or tension. Deep tissue massage can help break up scar tissue, release knots, and relieve pain. It may feel uncomfortable or even painful during the massage, but you will feel better after the session.

Both types of massages offer benefits that can enhance your physical and mental health. Regular Swedish massage can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, and promote relaxation. On the other hand, deep tissue massage can help alleviate chronic pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve flexibility.

Absolutely. Please communicate any preferences and concerns with your therapist so that they may adjust their pressure and technique. Swedish massage does have a limit of pressure, if one requires a lot of pressure, we recommend Deep Tissue massage.

Yes, in fact it is recommended! Scheduling regular massages will have an overall positive effect on your physical and mental health. Receiving a massage when you’re not in pain, can boost your immune system by reducing stress and increasing blood circulation. This helps prevent illness, keeps your muscles relaxed, and reduces the risk of injury.

Yes, the client should book a Swedish Massage, and make sure to email us noting Prenatal massage so we can prepare accordingly.

A few things to note:
The client can lay face down up to 13 weeks. (1st Trimester) Afterwards, the client must lay on their side. However, if the therapist OR client is not comfortable as they are closer to the 13 week mark, they may lay on their side earlier.

Pregnancy can increase the risk of blood clots. Therefore, pregnant clients should avoid Deep Tissue Massage and the therapist must be careful to avoid the wrists, hands, and ankles. Overall a light to medium pressure should be used and extra caution should be used around the lower back and legs.

If your therapist does not have an appointment after your session, we will try to accommodate your original time, otherwise, as we must stay on schedule, the time you are late will be deducted from your service time. Please send us a text or give us a call to let us know of your estimated time of arrival so that we do not cancel your appointment.

A 1 hour massage does not equate to 60 minutes of hands on time. Depending on the service, 3-5 minutes is included for the therapist to prepare the water bucket (foot massage) or for you to disrobe and re-robe (body massage). We recommend you arrive early and use the restroom prior to the appointment.

To avoid a fee, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 5 hours in advance during business hours.
To cancel or reschedule your next day appointment booked on or before 2pm, you must do so the day prior before 7pm.
Failure to cancel or reschedule within these time frames, will result in a fee of 50% of the full service value added to your next visit and prepay for the next appointment.
No call, no show clients will be charged a fee of 100% of the full service value and will be required to pay this fee in full before you will be allowed to rebook.

You can purchase a gift card online and email it directly to your receipt with the gift card in a PDF attachment. Or come in store to buy a physical gift card!

Unfortunately no. Gift cards are activated only for the location they were purchased at.

Our business is not medical related therefore we cannot take FSA/HSA cards. We can print or email the receipt for the client’s record and use. If you need a special formatted receipt, feel free to contact us to request.

Yes. As per mandated by the State, an intake form is required for all new clients before your service can be received.

Our 3400SF location features 7 single private rooms including two couples rooms, and a communal area (for the foot massage) that can accommodate 6 people.

We do not. We recommend you to arrive in loose comfortable clothing or bringing your own change of clothes.
